Our Health Guarantee
We ensure healthy, happy French Bulldog puppies through our comprehensive health guarantee policy for adopters. We offer a 1-year genetic health guarantee covering life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions.
All puppies receive vaccinations, veterinary check-ups, and are free from genetic defects.You will receive a copy of the health record and veterinary certificate with your puppy.
Our relationship doesn’t end when you take your puppy home. We are here to support you with advice on care, nutrition, and transitioning your Frenchie into your home.
Health Assurance
Upon arrival at your home, you have 72 hours to take your new puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a wellness check. If any health concerns are found at that visit, and are confirmed in writing by the vet, we will:
- Take the puppy back (if desired), and
- Offer a replacement or refund, based on the vet’s findings
